Building Healthy Family

Health is one of the basic human needs. Health is very important to be even a top priority in building a family. Kebahagian in one family will not be perfect if there is one of our family members sick.
Healthy family means that all family members can serve in a healthy life, both in terms of physical (food, clothing, home and body) and also spiritually healthy. Then things whether we should do to realize the healthy and happy family?
Here are some tips that families stay healthy:
1. Habituate themselves to wake up the morning
By morning the body will wake up feeling fresh as morning air for good health. Always wake up with morning activity on the day will feel more motivated.
2. Doing sport regularly
After a morning wake up do not forget to take your time to exercise. Simply take some time 10 - 20 minutes only to just rileksasi body. If you have more time you can try jogging and calisthenics. Engage your children also, because the sport is very good for growing children.
3.Take time with the family for a vacation together.
You can spend your time with your family to visit the tourist attractions. You can melakukanya every weekend, once a month or several months once adjusted to your wallet. This is important to keep our minds fixed Fresh and does not stress the issue of sharing day-to-day.
4. Inure to eat regularly
